Bring salmon to room temperature.
Place a pan with 1/4 full of water in oven. Set oven to 300˚F.
Place salmon atop of slotted pan. Season with salt, pepper, sitka spruce tip syrup, and spruce tips.
Place slotted pan in oven on top of preheated bottom pan.
Allow to cook for about 20-30 minutes. Salmon should be flaky and moist. Enjoy!

- 3.0 filets of salmon
- 2.0pch salt and pepper to taste
