Note: there are no specific quantities in this recipe..
Put the oil, cole slaw, shrimp, mushroom, ginger, and spring onions in a skillet.
Add the chili powder, turmeric, and the paprika and stir for a couple of minutes
Add the soy sauce and the oyster sauce
Stir for 5 to 10 more minutes and add salt if needed
Wrap your egg roll wraps and fry both sides
