How to make spinach wheat flatbread

This is a very nutritious and easy bread. Really soft yet flakey. Something everyone loves including kids :)

Serve it with plain yogurt and/ or some Indian pickle.

Make smaller size for tea parties or kids and everyone will love a change of flavor. The thinner you roll the crispier the bread. Enjoy!

  • 4.0 Cups dhuram wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup gram flour (Besan)
  • 1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 Cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 2.0 Chopped green chilies
  • oil for cooking
