How to make spinach wheat flatbread
This is a very nutritious and easy bread. Really soft yet flakey. Something everyone loves including kids :)

INGREDIENTS
Put everything together and mix well start adding water I used about 1- 1 1/2 cup of water spinach and onions have their water content as well
Add a tbsp of oil and kneed it for 5 mins
After 30 mins take about this much of dough
Dust the work surface and the flour and start rolling
Once you have rolled it a little drizzle little oil and spread

Dust lightly with flour and roll again
Roll like this then turn and roll on the other side
So that it forms a square :)
Dust flour and spread in the middle of rolling the bread if it sticks to the rolling pin
Roll it about this thin
Heat a pan and Get to cooking :) once you see that the bread is bubbling
Put oil and flip
Put oil on this side as well
Serve it with plain yogurt and/ or some Indian pickle.
Make smaller size for tea parties or kids and everyone will love a change of flavor. The thinner you roll the crispier the bread. Enjoy!
- 4.0 Cups dhuram wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup gram flour (Besan)
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 Cup frozen chopped spinach
- 2.0 Chopped green chilies
- oil for cooking
- Salt to taste
