Blend all ingredients (except onions and mozzarella) in a magic bullet, nutribullet or good old blender.
Spread the mixture on a whole wheat flatbread or wrap. Add onions and mozzarella. Bake at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy.
