First you need to get a pot of water boiling . Add dash of salt , then add the spinach and let it come to a boil until it starts to wilt but color remains bright green . About 3-4 minutes
Drain the spinach well !! Pat dry with a towel and let spinach cool . 1CUP OF COOKED SPINACH WILL GIVE YOU 18.7% OF YOUR DAILY RECOMMENDED VALUE OF VITAMIN E.
Once cool, chop spinach ... Some deficiencies from lacking Vitamin E in your diet are: impaired vision\speech, people with injury to liver, gallbladder, pancrease more likely to lack Vit E.
Mince the garlic Careful: DON'T CUT YOUR FINGERS
Sauté the garlic in olive oil just until it starts to brown . Around 1minute.... Using oils like (olive oil, canola oil, or safflower oil) are an excellent source of Vit E and are heart healthy :)
Add the chopped spinach in with garlic . Sauté for about 3 minutes. Add cayenne pepper and vegetable mix (optional )
Add cooked spinach to Greek yogurt and mix well .
You can serve spinach dip with vegetables . Other good food sources for Vit E are oils, spinach, chard, walnuts, wheat germ, and sunflower seeds
You can serve with pita chips !! Places to get food sources of Vitamin E are grocery stores that have produce, and your local Farmers Market

- 1.0 8-9 oz Fresh spinach
- 1.0 8oz Plain non-fat greek yogurt
- 1/2 Clove Of garlic
- 1.0 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 Package of vegetable soup mix
- Dash of cayenne pepper
