Ingredients
Mix the ricotta and the spinach with salt and pepper
Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom the dish
Stuff the mixture into the cannelloni tubes
Place them in the tray
When done, layer them with the sauce
Add Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper
Cook for about 1 hour on 180 degrees Celsius
Serve and enjoy

I give this attempt a 6/10. In future, I'll cook it for less time to make the pasta a bit more al dente, and the entire dish overall less soggy.
