Add eggs to a big pot
Till full
Add water
Chop 3 medium onions
Some garlic
Chop
Sharpen you knife check out my guide on doing that
Chop 3 medium tomatoes
Boil for 20 mins
Run under cold water
Start your sauce heat up a pot
Add oil
Add onions
Start peeling eggs check out my guide on doing that fast
Add tomatoes to pot once onions are soft
Add 3x tinned tomatoes
Looking good
Need some bite peri peri
Salt and pepper and 3 tea spoons of peri peri
125ml of vinegar
125lm water
Keep peeling
Get your bottle I am using big ones pour in boiling water and pour out so the glass is hot
Add eggs
Add eggs
Start adding you sauce
Then stat again
Add eggs and sauce
Till full
Bottle no 2
Till full
Top off with the rest of the sauce
Put the lids back on
Straight in the Fridge and if you can wait a week

- Two big glass bottles
- Garlic

- 125 ml vinegar
- 125 ml water
