Get your ingredients.
In a roasting tray put all the spices, ginger and garlic. This is a medium to hot taste so reduce the amount of chilli powder if it's too spicy.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Mix together so it forms a paste.
Add the chicken and coat in the paste.
In a bowl or measuring jug crush the 2 oxo cubes.
Add half a pint of boiling water and mix.
Pour over the chicken.
Cover with foil and cook in the oven on 180c for an hour or until the chicken is cooked and stock reduced.
Once cooked enjoy whilst still hot.
- 8.0 Chicken thighs or pieces
- 2.0Tbsp Oil
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 1.0tsp Turmeric powder
- 1.0tsp Red chilli powder
- 1.0tsp Ground coriander powder
- 1.0tsp Garam masala
- 1.0tsp Crushed ginger
- 1.0tsp Crushed garlic
- 2.0 Oxo cubes/chicken stock
