cut the onions into pieces and crush the garlic, add olive oil and cook 5 min
once the onions are soft, add an undrained can of black bean
you will need cumin, red cayenne pepper and other spices , i used espelete pepper.. (specialty from my region in france)
once you cook beans and onions for 5 min,
TRansfer to a mixer, blender and mix
After that, put the mix bean aside, and start cooking your vegetable broth, add the 2nd can of black bean and mix in a blender
Add the 2 puree of beans, one with onions, one with broth, , tomatoes cans, and corn, and
Add the 3d can of black bean, undrained (if you want whole bean in your soup, if not you an mix it with the rest)
Et voila!! delicieuse soupe !
- vegetable broth
- 3.0 black bean cans
- 1.0 diced tomatoes with hot peppers
- 1.0 corn can
- cayenne pepper
- onion
- Garlic
- fresh cilantro (if you like)
