INGREDIENTS
Finely chop one large onion and one cup of parsley and add to mixing bowl. Keep a large pinch of parsley to the side for garnishing.
Add the salt - I used approximately 2.5 tsp.
Add 1.5 tsp all-spice.
Add a dash of cinnamon, a dash of smoked paprika and two dashes of cracked black pepper.
Add the ground lamb to the bowl and mix thoroughly until it looks something like this.
Make three-inch rolls of the lamb mixture and place side by side in a baking dish. Place them in a a preheated oven set to 350 F (180 C) and let bake.
After about 20-30 minutes, turn pieces of lamb over if they have browned. Once both sides of lamb have browned, remove from oven. Total cooking time was about 45 min - 1 hour.
Plate on serving tray and garnish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley. It tastes great next to some hummus - Sahtein! (To your health!)
