Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Slice broccoli as such.
Chop garlic cloves to a small, uniform size.
Add garlic, chili powder, Parmesan cheese, and chicken seasoning to oil. Stir well.
Add broccoli to oil mixture. Stir well.
Add broccoli mixture to a foil covered cooking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the edges are crisp.
- 2 or 3 heads of broccoli, sliced into thin spears
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
