Clean your jar

Squeeze the juice of the lime in the jar and put the lime halves in the jar

Add the 1/4 cup sugar

Add the mint leaves

Fill the jar with water until it is 3/4 the way full

Add ice the rest of the way and put on the lid

Shake the jar profusely to mix and enjoy
