Turn down heat to medium (on small burner) low on (larger burner)    Add tomato paste to beef / onion mix  Mix through and cook for 2-3 minutes

Cover vegetables / beef / onion / Passata with lid  Set to low heat, cook on gentle simmer for 30mins - 1 hour (to make sure vegetables are cooked to textural liking)

Boil big pot of water (total pot will be 2/3 water, 1/3 spaghetti)    Add pasta / spaghetti and cook to instructions as per packet
