Healthy, easy to do, perfect as a morning starter, all u need is to soak the beans before u go to bed, blend & boil the paste in the morning

Put the bean paste in a soup bag and boil for 25 min.  After the soya bean milk boils for 5 min.  Turn the heat down.  Keep stirring for the 1st 5 min to avoid over boiling

A hot cup of soya bean milk is now ready to drink, season with sugar if u want, or else, just drink it plain
