Make Soya Ginger Pork Chops With a Citrus Sauce

INGREDIENTS
In a bowl add water, soya sauce, green onions and ginger. Mix.
Place pork chips in bag and pour over marinade. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours preferably 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large oven proof fry pan spray some cooking oil. Over medium high heat sear pork chops until brown, about 4 min. Flip pork chops to sear the other side for 4 min.
Pour in remaining marinade and place in preheated oven lower rack for 30min or until pork registers 145F.
While waiting for pork chops, prepare citrus sauce. Add zest of orange and lemon in a bowl.
Squeeze the juice of one orange and one lemon. Add 1tsp of honey, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, fresh cracked pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Reserve to pour over pork chops.

- 1/4c Soya sauce
- 1.0c Water
- 5.0 Green onions chopped
- 1.0 Large ginger rough diced
- 6.0 Pork chops 100g
- 1.0 Large orange juiced
- 1/4c Zest of 1 orange
- 1.0 Lemon juiced
- 1/8c Zest of one lemon
- 2.0tsp Dijon mustard
- 1.0tsp Honey
