Heat oven to 450 degrees!
Heat your pizza dough just to give it a little firmness for a minute or two
Sauté red bell pepper in olive oil. You could also add green bell pepper and onion to the mix.
Add shredded chicken.
Season
Mix well!
Spread con queso mix thickly on pizza crust
Heavily layer cheese next
Add chicken pepper mix
Heat for roughy 8 minutes in stove
Voila!
