What you will need
Bring eggs to a boil for about 10 minutes
Drain water & place in bowl
Place eggs in fridge to cool for a couple of hours, overnight won't hurt either if you're not in a rush
Peel eggs
Slice in half lengthwise
Throw yolks in a bowl
Add one heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise
Add one heaping tablespoon of sweet pickle relish
Squirt a small amount of yellow mustard in, but don't overdue it. It's more for color than taste.
Mash all together until whipped and creamy
Add a little salt and pepper
Scoop spoonful into egg half
Fill platter or container with filled eggs
Top of with a sprinkling of paprika
Final product. Ready to serve.
