Peel and slice 2 large English cucumbers.
Place in a large ziplock bag.
Slice a Vidalia onion.
Place in bag and shake to mix.
Add 1/2 cup vinegar.
Add 1/4 cup sugar.
A few dashes of salt and pepper. Incorporate thoroughly in the bag.
Place in a bowl with lid and refrigerate for at least and hour or two.
Enjoy.
