Mix honey with water add yeast let yeast start to bubble
6 cups flower
Salt
Melt butter
Add yeast to flower and salt
Mix
Add fed sourdough starter
Mix until rough consistency
Knead butter into dough
Oil clean bowl
Coat dough
Cover with plastic and place in refrigerator for 24 hrs
After 24 hrs knead to a smooth dough divide into dough balls for pretzels. See dough balls to pretzel
