In a large bowl: 2 cups bread flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup baking powder
To that add: 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup sour cream, 2 eggs and 1 TB vanilla
Stir and mix. This is a thick rich batter as I don't like the thin pancakes. However if you prefer yours thinner add a little more milk
Now I like for the batter to rest a minute or two so I warm my pan/griddle up. Dry pan let it warm
The batter will rise to get thicker and fluffy
When they drop they look like this
When they get firmer and bubbles..flip them
Beautiful and brown
When mine are done I rest on the cooling rack
Also, perfect for blueberries too
