2 bundle of cilantro an wash it.
2 green chilies
Cut in pieces.
2-3 clove of Garlic
Add Cilantro, Garlic, Green Chilies in your blender. Add water so it's easy to grind.
Add sugar to Chutney
Salt according to taste.. I have put 1/4 spoon
Grind all ingredients
Cilantro, clove, green chili Chutney
Cut the cucumber in pieces
Cut the cucumber in small thin pieces.
Wheat bread
Brown sugar
Spread Sour cream and sprinkle sugar on it.
Put the chopped cucumber on the bread.
Put chutney on one side.
Cut the Sandwich in half and Enjoy.
