2 Tbsp olive oil, 2 C chopped onions, 1 C sliced celery, 2 tsp italian seasoning, Course salt and grounded pepper, 3 cans chicken broth, 1 can diced tomatoes w/ juice, 1 Tbsp tomato paste,
Start cutting onion
Slice and dice onion
Measure 2 cups of onions
Cut thin slices of celery and measure 1 cup
Add celery, onions, oil and seasoning into the stock pot and let cook for 7-8 minutes
Add chicken broth and then let it cook for 2-3 minutes
Stir for 1-2 minutes
Add tomatoes with tomato juice
Stir for 1-2 minutes
Add tomato paste
Stir for 1-2 minutes
Now let it cook for 20-25 minutes and then its ready to serve
