These cookies are flour free. And have hemp seed which is good for so many things including iron and energy levels ^_^

oven to 325F  Put all your ingredients into a bowl like this. Add as much or as little hemp seed as you want I wouldn't suggest more than 1/3 of a cup. (there are 2 eggs because I was making a double)

Mix it all up with a hand mixer

Once it's mixed form the dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet. This recipe should make between 20-24 cookies

Press cookies down with a fork slightly so that they bake flat and not into wads. Bake for 15-17 minutes

Enjoy! You can also press them down with your thumb instead of a fork and put chocolate chips or jam into the center. Yummy.

  • 1/2 cup sugar or cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Hemp seed. Up to 1/4 cup
