How to make some colorful tags.

spritz some water onto mixed media paper

spray throughout with some Colorations spray - Timeless

add some drops of Minx - Majestic ink

dry with heat gun, lightly blending some of the color together, once dry cut out two tags

using a sponge dauber, apply Sorbet medium - Black Leather Jacket around edges of the tags

apply Stone Effects - Lava over stencil

stamp sentiment and apply clear embossing powder (not shown) and heat set

apply Sorbet medium to the chipboard frames

embellish

dry brush gesso over flowers

add glass glitter in purple and black (not shown here)
