Marinade consisting of 1/2 cup red wine vinegaret , 1/2 cup olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 1 whole squeezed lime or lemon, 5 cloves of garlic, and teaspoon kosher salt whisked together..
Kabob ingredients, onion, yellow squash, red bell pepper, mushroom and pineapple..
Finished product with left over marinade drizzled over the top of kabobs..
I'm using a toaster oven, but you grill, pan fry bake, or however you want to cook them.. Enjoy! I know I will!... :)
