Peel and coarsely grate or shred papaya, discarding seeds and inner membrane. There should be 4 to 6 cups.
Add papaya and other ingredient to bowl and lightly but thoroughly toss together.
Mix well the dressing
Taste for seasoning. Mound in a bowl (if desired, line bowl with lettuce leaves beforehand). Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
- 3.0c Green papaya salad
- 1.0c Dried shrimp
- 3.0Tbsp Fish sauce
- 1.0c Green beans
- 1.0 Green onion
- 7.0 Baby Tomatoes
- 1.0 Red chili
- 2.0 Lime juice
- 1.0tsp Honey to taste
- 2.0Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1.0Tbsp Chili flake
- 1.0c Bean sprout
- 1.0c Cashew nut
