Okay, now this is probably the hardest part. Refrigerate your dough for at least 30 mins. This allows the cookies to be thick and puffy, and lets the flavors sink in.

After about 30 mins, remove your dough from the refrigerator and preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into whatever size balls you want and put them in the preheated oven. Sorry I forgot a pic!

Remove from oven after about 8-10 mins, or longer depending on the size of your cookies. They should be a light golden brown on the edges and slightly under baked.
