Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F
Sift together the flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in the egg
Stir in water and molasses
Gradually stir the sifted ingredients into the molasses mixture
Shape dough into walnut-sized balls, place on ungreased pan, Bake for 8-10 minutes
Beat softened butter and cream cheese until well blended
Add powdered sugar
Add vanilla, beat until creamy
Julianne the strawberries
Place strawberries on top of cream cheese

- 1.0 egg
- 1.0Tbsp water
- 1/4c Molasses
- 2.0Tbsp White sugar
- 12.0 Strawberries
- 1/2c butter, spftened
- 8.0oz Cream cheese
- 4.0c Powdered sugar
- 2.0tsp Vanilla extract
