Scale your chocolate

Add unsalted butter

Set over a pot of simmering water to gently melt

Gather some moulds

Grab a knob of butter

And grease up your moulds

Put in the fridge to set the butter

Add another layer of butter

Get your cocoa powder

Put a spoonful in the first mould and turn it on its side to evenly coat all around, then tip the cocoa powder into the next mould and repeat

All done

Meanwhile get your eggs

Crack your eggs into your mixing bowl

Add superfine/caster sugar

Whisk on high until the mixture turns beautiful

Scale your flour

Sift in your flour

Mix it in

Give your chocolate and butter mix a wee stir

Looking even better

Add the melted chocolate a bit at a time to your egg and sugar mix

Mix in

Add the rest of the chocolate

Whisk in

Pour into your prepared moulds

Like this

Put in fridge for 20minutes to set, or freeze for another time

Preheat oven to 200c and bake for 12-14minutes or 15-20minutes from frozen

They should puff up like this when done

Unmould

Cut open with a spoon

Add icecream and enjoy:)
- 50.0g Butter
- 200.0g Dark chocolate
- 200.0g Butter
- 200.0g Caster sugar
- 4.0 Eggs
- 4.0 Egg yolks
- 200.0g Plain flour
