How to make snowflake decorations for christmas🎅

I'm using red paper, but you can use any color.

We need to make it a square piece, so fold it like this.

Cut it so it looks like this. Now, you should have a triangle ( when you unfold it it will be a square ) and a rectangle.

You won't need the rectangle, so you can throw it away or save it to make something else.

I'm going to use a pen, so you can see my lines better. You can use anything that writes.

Take your ruler and lay it about an inch from the edge of the paper. Just guesstimate. It doesn't have to be perfect.

Draw a line like this don't go all the way.

Do the same thing to the other side. DON'T CONNECT THEM.

Same thing underneath.

Cut along your lines. Then open the triangle into a square.

It was like this. Then you need to turn it a 1/4 turn.

Fold it like this and tape it.

Flip it over…

Same thing.

Flip it back over.

Fold and tape.

Make 6 total…

Here's where your stapler comes into play.

Take two and staple them together where the two parts meet at the bottom and where the two taped pieces come together.

Add another one.

Repeat steps 20 & 21 with the other three.

Connect the two pieces together.

There you have it, a beautiful paper snowflake!!
