Use can substitute Wilton Candy melts for milk chocolate.
Line pan with aluminum foil. Spray evenly with baking spray and set aside.
Place two crackers in a zip top bag.
Crush into crumbs using your hands, set aside.
Melt or temper chocolate in a double boiler.
Once chocolate is melted...
Pour 1 cup into pan and spread even with spatula or knife.
Once spread even, set aside for ten minutes.
Place 8 full graham cracker sheets across chocolate layer.
The crackers don't have to be perfect! *sorry for the side pictures.
Pour remaining chocolate on top of crackers.
Spread chocolate across crackers.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on chocolate.
If you have a little chocolate left, drizzle on top of marshmallows. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until solid.
Once solid, remove foil. Cut or break into bite size pieces.
Taste and try to share!

- 1/2c Milk or dark chocolate, chopped into quarter size
- 1.0c Mini marshmallows
- 13x9 pan
- Aluminium foil
- Baking spray
