1. Add a 1 tablespoon of protein powder 2. Do any 2-3 different types of fruit Example: pineapple, mango, raseberry

3. Add the smallest measure cup u have fill it with any kind of juice Example: Apple juice I would u a 1/4 measuring cup. 4. Blend and enjoy.
