Try to buy the freshest fish. When it comes to salmon, Alaskan wild-caught salmon is our favorite. It has such a beautiful color to it and the flavor is perfect. Our French blend works well too!

Sprinkle 1 tsp. of Smokin' Chipotle on your fish. Drizzle the maple syrup on top then sprinkle the last tsp. of the seasoning on. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, covered. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

Lay a piece of foil on a baking sheet then brush with olive oil. Place salmon on foil then put in oven and cook for roughly 8-12 minutes, depending on thickness of the filet. 8-10 minutes per inch.

Check the fish a couple minutes before your cooking time is up. I like salmon a little on the rare side so I only cooked this for 9 minutes. Enjoy! For more recipes go to www.worldseasonings.com
