How to make smokey tempeh and chard stew

A simple to prepare, healthy and tasty stew. Recipe adapted from Appetite for Reduction by Isa Chandra Moskowitz.

Preheat a large heavy bottomed over medium-high heat. Add a teaspoon of olive oil. Then tear the tempeh into bite size pieces and saut\u00e9  for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
