Start your barbecue. Place fresh cheese on tinfoil. Grab some hay from your children's hamster. Soak hay for 5 min. Place wet hay on the charcoals, put cheese on the grill. Lid on smoke for 4 min.

Ingredients

Smoked fresh cheese, I didn't have time to do my one so this is store bought. Smoked fresh cheese is a speciality from my country Denmark

Stir some lumps are ok

Remove seeds from cucumber

Dice cucumber and radishes

Add to the cheese

Mix

Salt

Pepper from grinder

Sugar

If you give up the idea to smoke your self add the smallest drop of liquid smoke

This is what happens to your rye bread if the oven is too hot. The crust lifts off. Shame on me

Toast your rye bread.
