Place pork shoulder on cutting board...
Salt and pepper both sides...
Add 1 bottle of BBQ sauce to the slow cooker...
Place Pork Shoulder in slow cooker...
Add the second bottle of BBQ sauce on top of the pork...
Make sure to cover the pork completely...
Set slow cooker to LOW...
Place the lid on top and wait 7-9hrs, Pork should be fork-tender...
When complete, transfer meat to a cutting board. With two forks shred pork, making sure to discard the fat pieces...
Return meat to BBQ sauce, lightly toast a bun...
Assemble sandwich, add some dill pickles (optional)...
And serve with some potato salad, or cole slaw. ENJOY!
