I was unable to find unstuffed green olives, so I used standard Spanish Queen pimento stuffed green olives.
Using a slotted spoon or strainer, remove the amount of olives needed from the brine.
For larger batches its easier to pour the olives into a strainer for separation from the brine. *save brine for dirty martini's!
Use a toothpick or small seafood fork for removing the pimento from the olives
Remove pimento from olives and discard. Set olives aside.
Purchase Slim Jim's in bulk at a warehouse store such as Sam's Club
Remove Slim Jim's from wrapper
Using kitchen scissors, cut the Slim Jim's into 3/4 inch pieces
Stuff Slim Jim pieces into the olives
Enjoy Slim Jim stuffed olives in a dirty martini, Bloody Mary or other assorted cocktails.
