Ingredients: Apples, oat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, vegan butter, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste

Tools: bowl x 2, chopping board, knife, tablespoon, teaspoon, whisk , measuring jug

Mix dry (except cinnamon) and wet ingredients in separate bowls

Thinly slice the apples

Mix dry and wet ingredients together to a batter

Add batter to a lined baking tray. Add sliced apples and 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar and cinnamon on top. Heat for 15-20 mins on 175 degrees celcius.
