Peel 2 pears
Chop peeled pears into small cubes. Be careful not to cut yourself
Melt 50g butter in saucepan
Add 50g brown sugar and chopped pear. Cook until pear is slightly mushy.
Cut pastry in half and place in greased tray
Pour pear mixture onto pastry and smooth with spoon
Lay the other half of pastry on the pear mixture
Add cinnamon and dab with beaten egg.
Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crusts are golden brown. Make sure you use an oven glove. 😏✋

- 1.0tsp Cinnamon
