INGREDIENTS
2 diced avocados, tomatoes, onion, juice from 1/2 lemon, 2 green chillies and a small bunch of coriander(cilantro). Don't forget the salt and pepper.
For the tomatoes I cut into quarters then removed the seeds before cutting into small dices.
Small dices.
All veggies cut and ready for mixing.
Add the veggies to the avocados
Squeeze the half lemon at this stage + add the salt and pepper.
Using a spoon, give a good mix to the avocado.
Using the back of the spoon, crush the avocado. I would leave a few chunky pieces to have a chunky looking guacamole. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
A good guacamole should have all the flavours balanced including the tanginess of the lemon to the cilantro flavor,the crunch of the onion and the heat from the chillies..
