Start with your nails completely black (after base coat)

Make 5 small dots in a circle. This is the base of one of your flowers

Add as many as you'd like!

Taking your tooth pick, put small black dots in each circle, making little "c" shapes, all towards the centre of each flower

Add a yellow dot in the middle of each flower

Add top coat and you're done!
