Heat skillet on medium heat 3/4

Dice onion into small squares

Melt the butter

Add onions

While onions are sautéing dice up chicken into chunks

Add chicken, cook chicken and sauté onions until translucent

Add cream, water and curry. Use anywhere from 1/2-1 tablespoon depending on your likening.

Stir, Bring to a boil and cover for 5-10 minutes, occasionally stirring

When sauce thickens remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes before serving
