Gather supplies

Use blender or food processor

Cut line in half and squeeze juice out

Add yogurt


Wash cilantro thoroughly

If your blender isn't high power it helps to chop up cilantro

Peel one clove, if you like garlic you can add more later to taste

Cut a piece of ginger the size of a nickel

Add all in

Blend

Might need to stop and push cilantro down

Then add vinegar to taste, Jamaican peppers can also be added for spice

You are done add to any meal you want :)
