Pre heat the oven to 180c'
Put the sugars and butter in a biwl and whisk till fluffy
Add the espresso and egg and keep whisking
Add all the dry ingredients except the chocolate and blend
After combined add in the chocolate
Nice , now create little balls using tablespoon or your hands.
Put them on a baking tin with a parchment paper and bake for 15min till golden on the sides
Now you have super tasty cookies with no affort! Great with milk tea or coffe :) enjoy !
- 180.0g Butter
- 1.0c Brown sugar
- 1/4c White sugar
- 1.0 Egg
- 1.0tsp Baking soda
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 2.0tsp Espresso in 2tsp of water
- 2.0c Flour
