Take very thin slices of beef, arrange them on the cutting board and cut into triangular shape.
In a bowl, prepare the filling, making the ground white bread, chopped onions, ham salt, pepper and oil.
Put the triangle of meat in a cutting board and place a spoon of stuffing in the middle and roll it up.
Take a wooden skewer and begin to assemble the skewer with a leaf of onion, then a meat roulade and a bay leaf.
Keep up to three rolls per skewer, which represent a portion.
Brush the skewers with a little extra virgin olive oil and pass it in the breadcrumbs.
Cook them in a oiled hot grill for about 3 minutes for side.
