If you are using frozen shrimp, you gotta defrost it. Put the amount you want in a ziplock, seal tight. Dunk in a bowl of warm water with opening of ziplock not submerged. Leave over night

Shrimp should be soft, rinse out and drain. Clean up any goobers left of the shrimp and let them dry for a few minutes

Squeaky clean!

If using frozen corn, put in bowl of warming water and let it sit for an hour, rinse and drain as well

Cut up favorite onion variety and cilantro (didn't have fresh this time)

Cook in pan with butter for a few minutes before adding shrimp

Add shrimp! Make sure to get the skin of the shrimp directly on the pan

Turn when first side is golden brown. Should only take a few minutes on each side

Make the bean salad. Whole beans work best buy also works with refried

Rinse and drain beans

Mix corn, chopped up jalapeño and beans together, sprinkle with cumin

Cut up cabbage in thin strips

Lightly coat your tortillas with water and zap in the microwave for no more then 45 seconds

This makes them easier to fold with out breaking
