How to make shredded pork

Making this guide was an after thought, haha, so there are not as many pictures as I'd like, but I still wanted to share! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

Inject your pork roast with your favorite marinade; we used Stubbs Pork Marinade & marinade in the fridge overnight. The onion soup packet will be used for seasoning later.

On the bottom of your crockpot add half a thick sliced onion & 2 chunked  bell peppers; set pork roast on top. Top with 1 packet of onion soup mix, left over marinade & the other half of onion.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until falling apart tender.

Done & Yum! Just shred up & serve as tacos, over rice or any other yummy way you can think of! Enjoy!

  • 1.0 Boneless pork shoulder 3-4 lbs
  • 1.0 Bottle Injector marinade
  • 1.0 Large onion
  • 2.0 Bell pepper (I used red & green)
  • 1.0 Packet of onion soup mix
