STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Boiled the kombu, mini fishes and mushrooms for a half hour to make the stock rich and delicious. I added the daikon near then end to cook in the broth.
These is the kombu and little fishies after I boiled the HELLOUTOVEM for the broth. I took the shrooms and drained and sliced them and then seared them after frying the shallots.
So I got the boys to make pasta. Easy. Eggs and durum flour, mixed. And then they made these beautiful noodles. With my little Shule.
#abeardedboy and his bf, my bestie. Also: nsfw btw, fyi.
Fry the shallots and the mushrooms and set aside
Mix some miso with a tiny ladle of the broth into a thin paste.
Fry those shrimps into oblivion and/or beyond. From here to eternity.
Deglaze the pan after frying shallots and shrimps. Add it to the miso. This, this is when shit gets real.
Corn! Kamaboko! Butter! Cucumber! It's like a prop table for a gay porn flick.
Green beans! (Ends trimmed)
I boiled the eggs in T and smashed the shells but they didn't take the colour/flavour. Oh darn. They're also hanging out with the beans in cold water after steaming. Hot tub party!
Cut some winter melon
Steam the winter melon. Steam it.
Boil the noodles until done which is like 25 seconds cuz they are so fresh. Fr real.
My friends are arseholes.
Add the noodles to the bowls that you've put a spoonful of thinned miso paste in. I added the deglaze miso paste to the broth, this is separate/more.
Dress the bowls with the other ingredients.
This is what it looked like before adding the broth.
Don't forget to add CORN & BUTTER. (!!!!)
Ladle in the broth.
Yup. Like this.
