1st thing to do is put your model in a dark room.

2nd step is to have an object to use as a shadow for the picture.

Step 4 is to have a flashlight or a camera light to have the shadow appear near or next to the model.

Final step is to center your tripod, try to adjust the object to make the model interact with the shadow.
