Begin by mincing your shallots.
Next mince the garlic!
Place ingredients into medium sized mixing bowl.
Add the mustard.
Add vinegar and honey.
Whisk to combine. Let the mixture sit for five minutes to allow the shallots to soften
Slowly begin to whisk in the oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Enjoy with a nice salad, or marinate chicken, fish, or pork.

- 1/2c Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1.0Tbsp Honey
- 1.0Tbsp Dijon Mustard
